ApplicationsTheFluoro-JadeC"ReadytoDilute"(RTD™)StainingKitprovidesaneasytouseassortmentofFluoro-JadeC,DAPI,sodiumhydroxideandpotassiumpermanganateinliquidform.Followingourdetailedprotocol,Fluoro-JadeClabelleddegeneratingneuronsarevisualisedwithbluelightexcitationwhileDAPIcounterstainedcellnucleiarevisualisedwithultra-violetIllumination.TheFluoro-JadeCStainingKitcanbeusedonallkindsofpreservedtissues,includingfresh-frozen,paraformaldehydeorformalinfixed,andformalinfixed,paraffin-embeddedtissues.
